- Mimitsuka San is really good agent, I first contact him by phone, I expressed what kind of mansion I am looking for , when I meet him, he already prepared some case which may meet my needs. When I saw those case, I was really glad that The case he found for me is really what I am interested. I want to see house, however due to colona, I am hesitate to see house, he offer me the ride, so he derived the car to bring me saw several house many time till we found good one, in addition, for each potential house he prepare all document such as land investigation, surrounding facility, housing building and maintenance info, and answer all question I asked in the way I understood, without him, I would not find good house which I buy today, really feel luck to meet him and have his support
